I know EXACTLY what you mean. Mine gets like a cramping/burning pain if I flex/stretch it or type too much.
My youngest kid was fighting with me to stay in the bath the other day and I am like "ooooowwwww!" and my hand/wrist siezed up like a cramped claw for a few minutes.
I usually get a sore right wrist when my symptoms flare but strange thing is I am close to symtom free lately but both my wrists have been in pain the last few days for no reason...??
Wish I could help. If you find out what the hell that is let me know!

Get well soon.

Shelly,
Weak and sore wrists were one of my early symptoms. They hurt so bad I had one xrayed as I thought it was broken or fractured. I had no clue it was related to lyme.
After 6 months of abx, my wrists still flare and most times I can't open bottle caps, little packages, candy wrappers, etc, or use any fine motor movements involving the wrists. They dont have the strengt!
They also feel like they have arthritis in them. Its very weird.

Ditto. Weak and sore wrists were one of my early symptoms and is something that still require a lot of attention.
It is very common with lyme.
Sleeping with carpel tunnel braces is vital as is magnesium and massage (but to do it on myself just injures me more). Elbows, shoulders also contribute to this and toxin load, too.
