Is there any resource that discusses the % effectiveness of any antibiotic treatment long-term? Is there any way to know how effective antibiotics might be in an individual case?
For example, I tested reactive for the 41kd and 93kd bands of the Western blot test. I've probably had lyme for a little less than 5 years. Would these facts help me to determine what treatment to use or what my odds of success are or how long to take antibiotics?

I dont if there is such a thing as exact stats on the effectiveness of the different abx. Its hard to get an exact range for effectiveness when you consider different ages, sex, length of time before treatment, allergic reactions to the meds, treatment preferences, ability to afford abx, length of time on abx, etc, etc...
I would talk to a LLMD and get a professional opinion on what abx and supplements to take, and follow their guidelines.
When it comes to lyme, there is no guarantee... you really have to dive in and hope that what you're doing will work. And only you will really know if you're getting better or not.
