Hi.. I want to get some supplements but need to get the cheapest I can, but dont' want to waste my money on things that won't work.

I really need some potassium, magnesium, calcium and coQ10 for my heart as it has stopped before and I am not on anything for it at the moment. I get in the sauna daily and need to get something quick.

I am thinking of getting some of the members mark brand, from sams club because their prices are pretty unbeatable...

Does anyone know if it matters that they have more extra ingredients than other brands?

Are there things I should look out for as far as ingredients that are not good for us?

Thanks so much for reading.. I need to get the stuff today so if you can let me know asap that would be wonderful...

Thank you!

I would like to know this too. I got some vitamins/supplements (cheap ones from Puritan Pride) and I stopped taking them because I read something about one of the ingredients encouraging or creating (or something like that) biofilms.

Good question.... I do notice that the supplements/vitamins I was purchasing from my LLMD did not have that ingredient. It just got to be so expensive though....

which ingredient caused the bio-film so I can be sure to look out for this as well..

Yeah, I just can't afford to pay a ton of money for all my supplements. I may start getting the alive vitamin as it's the only one that I "think" actually gives me a huge boost of energy...

Along that line, yerba matte is a tea that has been giving me noticable energy... It has a natural caffiene that is not negative. It does not go through the central nervous system so is not supposed to cause the jitters...

Thanks for your input. Hope to hear more on this post.
