Hopefully someone out there can help with this one. I have been taking Sodium Chloride tablets 1gm (or 1,000mg) for about 3 years. I have a condition called hyponatremia that I can't retain salt. The only company I know that puts them out is no longer around. I know about the salt and vitamin c protocol, so I was wondering if anyone out there knows of another company that might have regular sodium chloride tablets. It contains nothing else but salt. Alot of places have buffered tabs, potassium with salt....these were just plain. The condition started when I started IV for lyme back in 2004 - i'm also on fluid restriction (16 oz.) day and if I sweat, I take another salt tablet. Thank God I have low blood pressure.
Any suggestions on where to get sodium choloride tablets? I'd appreciate any info on this.
Thanx much and be well.

I've been drinking sea salt water instead. Ick. I do it like a shot and then stick some food in my mouth.

You could get some gel caps from a health food or vitamin store and fill them with salt yourself...

It looks to me like Natrum Muriaticum is the homeopathic name for sodium chloride.
There's a bunch of sources listed at the first link I posted.

I'm intrigued by your post. Do you know how the homeopathic sodium chloride works with the Salt/Vitamin C protocol?
