Last week I saw an ART practioner for my first visit. He was running WAY behing. His mom who is also in the medical field assists him with the ART treatments. He spent maybe 30-35 minutes with me at the most.
I was quite unhappy by this. This DOC trained with Dr. K. I felt like because he was so behind and his mom kept saying you need to finish we have a lot of people waiting that I didn't get the full benefit of my first treatment.
What should a first appointment with an ART doc consist of?

30 minutes look very short for a 1st appointment!
My naturopath spent minimum 2 hours with me when I was very sick, and I sometimes find it short.
Later, I spent about 1.30 hour with her. My lyme doctor who does ART never spent less than an hour with me either.
When I was very sick, minimum 2 hours with him.

That's a real shame..as usual it's all about the money most of the time. Depressing.
That was my experience with Nutritional Response Testing years ago (similar to ART). $75 for 15 minutes. Doc did a quick scan with assistant in the room, said I had these issues, and promptly directed me to the counter to check-0ut and of course buy my $100 worth of weekly "needed" nutritional supplements. Then, on the victim #2.

If the doctor is who I think it is, he is actually very good. I can't speak to what might have happened during your visit, but see if your second visit is better. I do know that both the doctor has been to numerous Dr. K conferences and in my conversations with him seems quite good.
