That happens with me on occasion. Usually during hay fever season, for me, for some reason. (It can even happen for a while when I go swimming in a warm lake in the summer.)
I think you have nothing to be concerned about, though. Just a circulation phenomena.

My folks told me when I was little if my right palm itched it meant I was going to meet someone new. (Shake hands with your right hand).
If my left palm itched I would be getting some money.
I don't know why your palms itch, but their prediction usually didn't come true, so don't hold your breath.
