They are a little light in the picture, but they look similar to the stripes my son had. He also had them across his back and down his deltoids.
His were darker in color, but other wise similar.

mine are a bit darker, not as long, happen more in clumps.
but everyone is different.

If they're constantly there (and don't simply appear when you're bent forward from an increase in pressure on skin folds), then I'd say possibly.
