Just wondering how you space them out? Also when do you take your probiotics. My doctor wants me to take probiotics with each meal, but that's kind of hard since the abx have to be taken within 2 hours of the probiotics.

Right now I space my antibiotics like this:
10am, 4pm, 10pm

And I take my antibiotics with a meal at:
1pm and 7pm

I don't know if that's good spacing or not. Just wanted to see what others do.

Thanks!

Lauren-
sounds like you have a good plan.
I take my abx as soon as I wake up, I get 8-9 hours sleep each night. Then again btw. 2-3pm and again before I go to sleep.
Like you mentioned - a little complication here.
Need to also take the probiotic which the dr. said to take last thing before sleep - 2 hrs. after the Abx. So I take that at 10ish - like you - but that keeps me up until midnight to take the probiotic - which I seldom get to that late.
Also need to take Sam-e alone and Acetyl-L Carnitine as well and then 8 - B12 which disolve under the tongue. Then the vitamins with meals. There's the ones in the fridge - so got to be at home to take those. And ---- if I'm are not doing so well and get more like 9-10 hours of sleep - I'm are totally messed up and can't fit everything in the way it's supposed to go!
fed up
-p
Sorry - LOL
I guess I'm a mess and don't have a good answer for you.

We have the same issues, so you aren't alone! We don't get the probiotics in everyday or always 3 hours away from Abx as suggested on the bottle. There aren't enough hours in the day, and now my daughter has to take cortisol at 8, 12 and 4... and she doesn't get up until about 9:30-10. What a mess!
