Anyone else ever get a heavy eyelid?

By heavy eyelid, I mean it feels like someone is putting pressure on it or tugging at it, kind of feels like it's droopy, but it isn't when I look in the mirror.

Just curious. This happens to me on and off. It's been happening all day today.

My daughter had that when she started plaquinil, then it went away.

I'm thinking it could be a bit of Bell's Palsy, or part of a herx.

Have you started a new antibiotic lately?

Kelmo - Nope, no new abx for a while. I've been on the same regimen for a while. Did add in Mepron October 16th, but I think I've had this a few times before starting that even.

It's almost time for the full moon! Could be a herx.

To me was EHRLICHIA that efected the eyes and BARTONELLA...

B/c babesia and muco did not do that , only when ehrlichia was killed the eye preasure went away and than the more I killed bart the better my eye problem got and than BABESIA showed up again but eye problems were not at all ...so this too can cause preasure in the eye.

This has been my worst symptom/herx this year. I'm not really sure what's causing it. I think it's herxing due to Bb and the cyst forms because it happens after taking doxy and/or tindamax. However, I also experience it after I take Mepron, so maybe it could also be caused by Babesia?

It makes me wonder if Mepron could be killing the cyst form of Bb in addition to babs.

I don't know if it's exactly the same thing but..I get alot of pressure and tightness around my eyes and what I call "flabby" feeling eyelids. My eyelids feel heavy and loose but, like you, when I look in the mirror, they look pretty normal.

Early on, my eyelids felt "stuck" to my brow bone area
This has driven me crazy.. My MD (LL of course [Smile] )
thinks bartonella.Knock on wood, but I am having a huge reduction in this on Levaquin, Bactrim, and mino. Now if my liver survives.....
