I am fasting as of midnight for bloodwork for my LLMD tomorrow.

Can I take meds in the morning????

Like Vicodin and/or the pyridine [AZO]????

I'll need something for bladder pain by the a.m. I'm sure. I know I can't eat....but meds?????

do you think someone at the hospital could help you tonight? I dont know if anyone would be there in the lab , but they maybe.

it probably will depend on what labs you are having done as well.

I thought I was having a bout of IC...but think now it's an infection.

fasting is ONLY FOOD; you can drink water galore!

i have NO knowledge on either med you mentioned; but i always take my meds before my fasting blood draws!

BUT to be on safe side, CALL 1ST THING BEFORE putting in your mouth...

fasting...NO EATING is hard enough; you don't need to go thru 2 days of that.
