Has anyone ordered the biotensor from Ed at bio-tensor.com? I'm actually not interested in the tensor itself, since I ordered one from Germany.

But I'm wondering about the supportive materials Ed supplies. There's a CD and a two-hour instructional DVD on using the biotensor. I'm curious whether anyone has used these and what they think of them - the instructional DVD in particular.

I have some knowledge of energetic testing already, but I'm looking for some good, practical sources of material on the subject.

I ordered the one from Germany too, I also bought one from www.self-health.net. When I use the one I'm using now on a substance, my hand never moves, if you look at the youtube demo's ed puts on, his hand move quite a bit to test. I'm a bit concerned for that reason if it is doing anything at all.

You'll know what I mean when you have your biotensor.

Bob,

Did the one you got from self-help.net come with any materials? The website describes a process by a Dr. V. that they used to get better that uses specific test points, how to identify imbalances, etc.

Was any documentation of this process included?

I know what you mean about Ed's demos - I felt the same way myself...

I think the guy at bio-tensor.com uses a technique he came up with via David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D. He seems to be using a kind of calibration method.

I'm not sure how good or reputable his company is due to the fact that BioTensor is a registered trademark of the company in Germany... he really shouldn't be calling what he does or uses a BioTensor. It's a TM (trademark) belonging to Dr. Oberbach.

I haven't read any of Hawkins books. They may be good to check out. I'm not sure if I agree with the idea that everything can be "calibrated" as to a spiritual or inherent value that is fixed. Do some research on David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D to se what I mean.

I don't know which came first - Dr. Hawkins or the company in Germany making the BioTensors. I think the BioTensors are an adaptation of a dowsing technique called "bobbing". There may be several ways to do this technique.

I don't know if there is a correct way or a wrong way. I'd have to study it further. It is an interesting subject & I hope others will post with their experiences.

I have been using a simple pendulum but I'd like to try the BioTensor when I get an opportunity.

PS - Looks like a good time to buy since the Euro is lower! I think the company that makes the BioTensor also sells books in English you can order.

This company has a kit that includes the manual -

sparkle7,

I've read Hawkins' book "Power vs. Force." It's a good book but it certainly isn't any sort of "how-to" book. Yes, Ed makes reference to Hawkins' calibration scale (1-1000) but that's all I've seen from him in reference to Hawkins' work.

I agree that he shouldn't be using the "biotensor" name, Bioplasma says they own the trademark.

Yes, the biotensor is a "bobber" type of dowsing rod.

health-booster.com's website doesn't seem to work well for me, I can't add anything to the cart, etc...

Maybe you can call them?

The European collecting and shipping center of the White Light Waters is Naturvitae.

Naturvitae is a small business located in Monfalcone in the North-Eastern part of Italy in the middle of Europe, so we can easily receive waters from Lourdes (France), Medjugorie (Bosnia-Herzegovina), Fatima (Portugal), El Escorial (Spain), San Damiano and Montichiari (Italy), Dozul (France).

Moreover we import in Europe some of the best natural health products from all over the world. Such products are treated with the healing power of the White Light Waters (WLW). For each product we find the right mixture of the WLW. For example the product CMO Plus (CMO+ digestive enzymes) needs the "acquarmonica N6", a special blend of 3 WLW at different doses.

Just the fact that bio-tensor.com is using the name illegally make me a bit wary... It's not a huge thing (to me, anyway) but it's not right. He should have came up with another name to seem more credible.

Keep us posted! I'd like to try it when I get settled.

Judging from what someone posted a while back about the gold vs. the silver - I think the silver one would be good for me.

I might be OK with using a wood one, too.

It's kind of tricky. I am using a small silver pendant on some cotton string & it works really well for me. I tried others that were more like "real" dowsing pendulums & they didn't work as well.
