I am interested in getting tested for this. Can anyone tell me exactly what tezts your LLMD ordered? What lab was used? Did your insurance pay for the tests (i.e., are they considered standard)?
If I could get some quick answers, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

I'd really appreciate some help. I know many of you have had this test done.

I have not done this test yet but my naturopath thinks it is key to getting a road map as to how to treat.
It is not done by a regular lab from what he told me.

I asked this awhile back and was told labcorp. My insurance stopped paying for labcorp, so I just got tested for HLA-DR4 through Quest.
I do know there are other tests involved in the HLA tests, HLA-DR3 as well as others though to indicate if you have problems detoxing.
I am sure others will chime in- maybe you should do a search on lymenet. I know there was a lot of info. about this early in the year- lots of people getting tested.

If you do test positive for this... is there a big difference in how you are treated - what drugs, herbs, supplements you take?
Seems like neurotoxins are not easy to detox no matter what your genes may be. I might be totally wrong here...
