Hey guys,
For those that do or have done coffee enemas, how often do you do them. Any idea what is safe?
I did my first the other day....Thanks for the instructions Sixgoofykids, and I felt much better in the PM and the following day. Now I wanna do another to prove that it was actually the coffee that worked.
So come on you flushers and pipe in here!
Thank you in advance, Feelfit

4-5 a week time permitting
Makes a HUGE difference with regards to lyme symptoms......instantly!
I was reluctant at first but now realize it is a very inexpensive way to feel better

Charlie is the expert on coffee enemas. In particular, group coffee enemas. I believe there is a group discount or something.....just ask him!!!
