Hi. I have started more detox baths and with great success.
I am looking for your ideas and recipe.

Asimple way to draw toxins out of the body is to take a hot epsom salt bath. Hot water draws toxins out of the body to the skin's surface, and while the water cools it pulls toxins from the skin. Rotating different types of baths each day is best..

To start:

Common - This bath helps with dry skin and stress
1 cup of sea salts
2 cups of baking soda
1 cup of Epsom salts

Apple cider Detox and relaxation
2 cups Apple cider

Ginger Bath - This bath opens pores and eliminates toxins and also helps to eliminate pai
1/8 cup of fresh ginger.
1 cupof Epsom salts

Epson Salt and Peroxide - Detox, Pain Relief , Healing
2-4 cups Epson salt and 1-4 32oz bottles of Peroxide

Salt Soda -Radiation, metal and chemical exposures
1lb of sea salt
1lb of soda

Bleach -Radiation Alternative
1 cup bleach

Sleep issues
Hot lavendar n almond oil bath

IDEAS while in tub
Get into the bathtub, and turn the water extremely hot (as much as you can tolerate) and stay in for 30 mins or so. But no more than that.
You will be sweating a lot after just 15 mins.. this is what you want! Rub your entire body clockwise, while remaining soaked in the hot water. Rub your stomach, breast, etc. Have some bottle water near you, so you will have something to drink in case you get thirsty! Follow with a sesame oil massage
and or add Glycerine to bath for keeping skin softer and not dried out.

Anymore ideas would be great. I see lots of the same ingredients in different combinations.
Any new ideas would be great.

Great recipes Deb,
I just do Epsom Salts baths every night. I'm going to have to liven things up a bit and try some of these!

Take care,
Ocean
