I recently purchased a bottle of Genesis brand pure Mangosteen locally from a health/grocery food store......excited they had it.
However, my 6 year old hates the taste of it. I give him half ounce twice a day in a variety of juices. He hates the thick pulpiness as well as the taste.....so frustrated
I'm about to spike it with liquor and drink it myself
Another hurdle,

I don't have the juice, but I have the powder and I mixed it with water (first time I tried it yesterday)- it was awful. I couldn't get it down.
Today I mixed it with yogurt and it was okay. I know this doesn't help you since you have the juice, but I do think it tastes pretty crappy.
Maybe try mixing it with another juice? Hmmm.... when you finish the bottle... maybe the powder would be worth trying since you can mix it with things like yogurt?
sorry, I know I wasn't much help.... I am pretty sure my 3 year old wouldn't touch the stuff!

I don't have either, but buy the fruit and eat it naturally. It's delicious and nutritious! Most supermarkets carry them.

I have the Genesis brand now and it's not "yucky" at all. In fact, it's pretty tame as far as exotic fruit juice goes.
However, I can see why a 6 yr-old would not like it. It's a little pulpy but not bad.

There's other mangosteen juices that include fruit juices too. Ultra mangosteen, for example, tastes pleasant, and there are others also that you could try.
