My sister's been using the EMEM since July and she hasn't been able to work at all. She gets very strong herxes so she's definately killing some bugs. She's also dealing with coinfections and has been infected for many many years so that is also a factor.
We do know and know of several folks who have reached remission with just rifing.

I received my EMEM in October and have been rifing since. I believe I've been infected since early childhood (I'm in my forties).
I did do 4 years of abx on and off which definitely helped but didn't totally get rid of everything. My ART practioner says I'm dealing with Babesia and parasites.
I have always worked, not the easiest thing at times but am a fairly high functioning person.
The rife is definitely working. On the days that I target lyme, I feel awful the next day which tells me I'm killing off something.
I believe Lymetoo has the same rife machine and she says it has kept her off abx. I believe she is well today. You might want to PM her.
Since I work from home, I'm able to pace my self. Also, I'm a single mom of two children so I absolutely have to be able to work.

Thanks for the replies ! This info will help others who are considering rife and wonder if it really helps and how long improvement takes. It is also helpful to hear feedback on the particular machines .
