somewhere I read something about taking L-Lysine for those awful headaches that occur when the air pressure drops drastically, and that these headaches had to do with amonia, I think it was, in the brain due to Lyme Disease.
Does this sound familiar to anyone & does anyone have a link to more info about this? I cannot remember where I saw this, and my daughter has been keeping track of her vicious headaches, and yes, they do occur when we have a sudden severe change in air pressure.
I got her a bottle of L-Lysine, but would like to give her more information.
Thanks! ESG
