To me it seems that mornings and evenings are the worst for me. I always feel stiff/sick in am and pain in wrist and hands at night? anyone else

ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh yes. and it doesn't matter where i sleep or how i sleep or for how long, so its not like my bed/pillow/position have anything to do with it. i'm like the tin man every morning, some days it clears up other days not so much.

morning is bad for me
sometimes i can barely stand/walk
at worst i feel like my legs and/or ankles are two toothpicks about to break

it seems though when i'm lying down for a period of time, like a nap, same thing when i get up

i also notice when it's cold my pain/stiffness is pretty bad. a cold morning is painful

seems mostly my back, legs, calves, thighs, ankles, feet area

Yes, every morning is dreadful. I haven't woke up NOT being in pain in over a decade. It has just become normal for me.

No matter if I sleep 10 hours or 4 I feel the same also. Never have refreshing sleep even though I do sleep. I am not one of those who is onstantly up and down.

I cannot stand up straight when I get up. Pain is horrible. Have to walk slowly on tippy toes.And so on!
