I'm am very interested in hearing how many people have coughing as a major symptom of Babs. Also a description of the cough. (I have lyme also). Also lumps on throat and back of tongue.
Is the cough from allergies from the weakened immune system. It's crazy and debilitating. After the coughing fits the sinuses become inflamed. It's like having a constant head cold.
Thanks. God Bless Theresa

I cough alot. Usually it is a dry cough, sometimes it seems like I cough a little something up. It feels a little like asthma.

Babesia (Babesiosis) Babesia is a protozoan spread by ticks, blood transfusion, and in utero. Despite there being 13 known forms to date, current testing only looks for two of them.
Air hunger Cough Fatigue Fevers Headache Hemolysis Imbalance without true vertigo Mild encephalopathy Shaking chills Sweats
Yes coughing is Babs. Mine is a dry hacking cough.

Allergic reaction to one or several substances would be my explanation, and having just done the test below within my family, I have no doubt whatsoever that a major problem in this whole Lyme Disease process is brought about by a misinformed immune system; people talk about auto-immunity.
Take a look at www.allergy-immun.de - the translated part is short. I read the whole several hundred pages of that website and after talking with other doctors who are also using this test and treatment (usually followed with the Bionic treatments), I again must say, as I have said for all the years I have been posting here: "it's never just Lyme".
Hope you can be open-minded.
Take care.
