Thanks GiGi. Read the entire article. Very good information. It almost makes me want to take Iodoral again in hopes it would help my thyroid even though my holistic doc says it's OK. I don't exactly believe him, but...

My iodine loading tests showed 71%...90%+ excretion is supposedly the optimal level. It may be BS though.

Who knows...
