I've just read the new guidelines per Dr. B about Reishi and Cordeyceps and would like to try a good brand but the Pharmanex is way too expensive.
I've just been using vitacost maitake and cordeyceps but am concerned with quality.
Any other good companies with quality mushrooms at a reasonable cost?
Thank you Mandy

****AKEs are the best immune boosters. You can put them in everything you eat. Mashed, chopped, puree, sliced and whole. They will raise the white blood count markedly.

Pinelady thanks for your advice. I was told not eat mushrooms because of candida? I thought pill form would be different somehow.

In addition, there are some other fabulous medical mushrooms. Lion's Mane is just one (it's scientific name starts with an "h") - it has been helpful for many "MS" patients for neuro support.
