And if they got this so wrong . . . what does this say about their quality control or expertise in general?

Exactly. One doctor basically called them the fastfood franchise of lab testing....

Now that the FDA is considering more standardization, they can assist Igenix in creating a better, more accurate Western Blot. [Smile]

They can get that lab to the same high quality output as Quest, LabCorp, and others. I can see it now.
