Has anyone heard of essential vitamins?

I believe I have Lyme Disease and will hopefully be seeing Dr. C soon.

I was introduced to essential vitmains throught a dear friend and a lady is coming to my house for an oil treatment.

Should I go ahead with this or wait?

At this point I just need to feel better. My husband just bought me a wheelchair today. Grrr..

I'm willing to try any sort of natural element that may help.

Please provide me with advice and opinions.

Thank you!

And have a beautiful day!!

Sara, I'd wait to see your new doc first. Vitamins are good supplemental additions to treatment protocols, but you can pop them like Pez candies and not get any results if you do end up having lyme and/or co-infections. One would need a good antibiotic protocol for lyme to make significant dents in the illness. Perhaps wait to see what your doctor recommends. Best of luck [Smile] Let us know how your doc visit goes...

Thank you. I did actaully decide to wait and take anything until I see the Dr. Which will hopefully be soon. I just mailed the questionnaire back and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they will see me.

I'll be sure to keep posting. :-)

Young Living is a company that sells essential oils (primarily). www.youngliving.com

The therapy this person probably would use on you would be called 'Raindrop Therapy'.

The list of uses of Essential Oils (many different ones) is endless. They can provide relief from symptoms and many have healing, antibacterial and antiviral benefits.

I used tons during my treatment and still do (am better and off antibiotics almost 5 years now). If you did not get the Raindrop Therapy and can swing it financially, I suggest by all means go for it. You can learn significantly from someone trained in their use.

Not pitching anything - just sharing my experience.

Young Living does have some anti-viral capsules that have essential oils in them. I forget the name off the top of my head but my naturopathic doctor has prescribed them to me before.

Unfortunately, Young Living products are not cheap. I think the capsules were 30 in a jar for $30 and my doc was having me take 4 a day.

I do like the oils I have used in the past of theirs. Thieves blend is a good product.

Rocky Mountain Oils is a cheaper alternative to Young Living for essential oils.
