I am here in the Bahamian out islands and feel 80% beter.

Stopped Flagy 1 week ago..started acupuncture.

R shoulder/arm still hurts. He has been using untrasound and the ten machine.

Do you think this could hurt.

Hope all had a relaxing holiday.

Wow, I think the Bahamas is the Lyme cure! I want to try that one. [Smile]

I don't know about the tens, but the sun and acupuncture sound good.

Ultrasound, tens unit and acupuncture have all helped many patients feel better. Just don't overdo it. If you feel wired or too tired afterward, that may have been too much.

The Bahamas can't hurt, either. Just watch out for too much sun. Wearing a shirt outdoors, even while in the water, can help protect your skin.

I assume you are not on doxy as that requires more protection. Even if you are not on doxy, many antibiotics can make you more sensitive to sun - for weeks after stopping them, even.

Have fun and feel the energy of the earth, the strength of the sun and the magic of the moon.

Ahhhhh. Recharge well.
