Just wondering what the latest conclusion is on grapefruit seed extract. I remember reading that what some people thought were herxes may have been reactions to some additives in GSE.
Does anyone know one way or the other. Or, has anyone had good luck w/GSE? Are LLMD's still recommending this? Thanks!

I'd been taking GSE capsules for a while with little noticeable result. However at my last appt, my LLMD told me to take 4-6 caps/day (I was taking 3 caps/day) and I did notice a herx with 6 caps/day (2 caps 3x/day).
I'd been on Tindamax for quite a while, and I love it, but recently started having more tremors, so he had me stop the tini and take just the GSE at a higher dose.
FYI, I've also had herxes from drinking "Dole" ruby red grapefruit juice...seriously. I tried other brands and didn't get the same response, so I think Dole must process the seeds with the juice. If you like drinking grapefruit juice, you might find some Dole and try it.

how about spelling out GSE in subject line by editing using pencil to open subject line?
