My LLMD is in Missouri, and I just see him a couple of times a year. He doesn't fill out disablility unless you see him more frequently. My doctor at Rush who had signed disability before moved to CT. I'm in a relapse now, and need at least one other doc other than my primary doc (who knows my case history.) Does anybody know a lyme aware/friendly doc in Chicagoland who I could see for a another diagnosis/opinion and possible temporary disability? Thanks, CherylSue
