I have been doing treatment for 15 months. been on bicllin the whole time, did levaquin, zith, pennicillin vk tabs, and now pulsing flagyl. I had so many good days, functioning, and I believe as I added flagyl, I got new symptoms, worse, this is where I am now. I am so scared, does this mean we are peeling the layers, and killing the bugs, if I plateaued, then got worse? now I am off abx untill I finish diflucan to clean up the yeast. That finishes in 5 days.

I think you are right----peeling the onion.
Even after 3 yrs of treatment (very long standing undiagnosed neuro lyme) my husband's last pulse sent him backwards. It even shook his resolve. He is now off abx and diflucan for two weeks and everyday is feeling a little bit better.
Intellectually it is easy to see the cause and effect (pulse=pain and suffering) but emotionally it can be hard to deal with.
Flagyl can pack a punch so I think it is entirely reasonable that you are falling backward.

He probably ramped up too quickly on the Flagyl. My LLMD said that Flagyl can set his patients back a month, so go slow with smaller portions of the pill..
Also, make sure you have the brand name Flagyl and not the generic TEVA Flagyl. Side effects have been reported on another forum regarding the generic.
