I've taken my fifth Bicillin shot today and for the past three days my eyesight has become blurry, more than in the past. I also have been having some pretty intense headaches off and on. Have any of you who have taken Bicillin shots had this happen to you? I am most concerned about the blurry vision. Should this concern me or will things get better?

Headaches and blurry vision seem to be fairly common herx symptoms in general. I don't know how common they are on Bicillin, but do know that Bicillin is known to cause intense and prolonged herxes...so I don't think your symptoms are surprising or anything to be alarmed about.

Call your LLMD if these symptoms get worse, become unbearable, and/or continue to worry you.

In the meantime, doing whatever you can to detox may ease the herxing.

Erica, thank you for sharing that with me. Since I've been on Bicillin I have definitely felt like I'm having a herx but the blurry vision is what has concerned me the most. I will give my LLMD a call and get his input on this too.

Any other Bicillin users out there who've had blurry vision and headaches?
