Hi. I'm on day 7 of Rocephin.

On about the 4th day (maybe 3rd), started feeling very sick and weak. More than usual.

Past 2 days, horrendous nausea. Also having air hunger episodes. And heart palps.

This 'herx' stuff scares me very much. Does anyone have a reasonable limit to what a herx should be?

So far, today, I have not taken the Rocephin. I just don't know how much to contend with.

Hi, I started rocephin two weeks ago, but only 1 gram a day to keep the herxing to a minimum. So far so good. The only thing I am dealing with is an increase in pain.

What dose are you on and if it is more than 1 gram, maybe ask your dr to lower it?
