I'm now pulsing 4 different abx for the treatment of bart & Lyme.

My schedule is on M W F of each week I take these abx 2x's daily.

I've noticed that on the days I take the abx I don't feel as bad, but on the my days off I feel horrible.

Is this how the pulsing thing works? You feel bad on the days without? Is this a good sign or not? Just used to doing the everyday abx from other treatments. A little confused on how this pulsing works.

Thans for your input!

When I pulse I usually take a higher than normal dose that would be given on a daily basis. I have been pulsing for over two years and have not had the problem you mention. Have you asked your LLMD about it?

It's quite possible we have the same LLMD, since we both are in VA.

I am not pulsing but a few times I had delays getting my prescriptions filled and I had to take 2-4 days off the abx.

The days I didn't take the abx I felt much better.

I take that to mean its either herxing when taking the meds or my body is tired of the meds.
