Hi all,
Dr. D called in a prescription to Walmart pharmacy.

Since I don't have insurance I called in and asked how much it was? When they told me over $200 I was in a panic and said I can't afford that.

My parents have since said get it we will help you out. So when I called in today to have it filled they said it had been deactivated??

I am wondering if someone says they don't want a prescription does that mean it automatically gets deaativated like it is now null and void.

I just don't get that. So I'm like well can you reactivate it?? They said the doctor would have to call in and I'm thinking they already called it in orginally so what is the problem?

The doctor is busy enough I don't want to bother them again with this nonsense. should I ask to talk to the manager or something? What would you do?

Thanks,
Ann

Call the pharmacy again and ask for the manager. Then based on that, call Dr D.

I hope you get things all figured out! Let us know what happens!

Thanks Lymetoo guess that would make the most sense...

I'm all uptight and just was feeling like just give me the meds before I change my fricken mind again!

Nothing like dragging my feet on getting back on the med's.

I keep comparaing it too a C-section, the first time your like oh ok whatever. The second time you know what your in for and it's a whole different thing....lol

Trying to keep positive and thankful that I have two weeks vacation to deal with all this again after 4 years in remission.

Thanks,
Ann
