I take Takuna and have been for the past 6 months. I started taking it for ebv and hhv-6 thinking some of my symptoms are related to those viruses.
I didnt notice any improvement in my symptoms but i continue to take it for colds/flus and it works really well.
I would reccomend it if you tend to get a lot of colds/flus.
I cant really say for sure if it helped any of my high viral titres since i havent had them checked in a while. But it hasnt helped my symptoms much.

That's disappointing to hear that you don't think it's affected the EBV and HHV6. That's what I was hoping for.
I just started it a couple of days ago and not sure how quickly to ramp up the dosage. I took 5 drops this morning and certainly have a stiff neck and increased numbness in the back of my head and shoulders so something is happening. Hoping for something good.
