Anyone using a muscle relaces for tightness or cramping???

I also use Flexeril as needed. It has really helped with my muscle spasms and tightness.

Just be cautious when you first take it because it can increase muscle weakness for some.

i've been on BACLOFEN 3 pills daily for over 10 years now; it helps me.

i use skelaxin as needed-i always make sure i have not forgotten my magnesium first.

i used to take flexeril but it kept me sleepy for 3 days.

lpkayak..flexeril kept me sleepy for days also. Now I take Parafon forte as needed.

Magnesium is one of the best muscle relaxers I've found.


This is the brand recommended by Carol of PA in another current thread:

i didn't go into this before-but not only did the flex keep me sleepy for days...it gave me a sort of amnesia

i would take one say sunday night

mon i would get up and go about my business...and tues and wed...

sometime wed i would realize i couldn't remember what had happened for two days...it was pretty scarey considering i had driven 65 miles each way to work and taught all day
