I get this more and more now. Keeping log, can't figure it out.

Yes - I get that too! I assumed it was inflammation swelling everything up - so sensitive to almost everything.

Watch your diet - this could very well be yeast flaring. Cut out the carbs.

Pressure in ears from eating can be from inflammation.

It can also be from eating foods that create phlegm: wheat; dairy; corn or soy?

You might need to decrease the salt in your diet. Those with inner ear problems are advised to go low on salt - but with some of the low blood pressure problems of lyme patients you have to balance that out and still get the amount of salt you need but no more if your ears are swelling up.

Complex carbs of colorful veggies can help reduce phlegm and whole grains like quinoa should be help fuel you, as quinoa has a high amino acid content.
