I hope everyone is hanging in there!

I started on Doxy 200mg a month ago when i was diagnosed. I really didnt feel anything the first two weeks and then a week before my period i usually get really sick and i did and when on my period i am much calmer.

I feel my body is under attack now! I am having extreme stomach problems. Whenever i eat something i keep burping til i feel better. Yesterday i was hit on by a really bad reaction to food. Since yesterday i just ate a tiny bit and i am developing alot of gas and my intestines hurt!! Also my lower back hurts, feels like sharp pain here and there.

I didnt take doxy today at all. I am not sure what it will do to me. I am the one with Neuro lyme and when my stomach wasn't well yesterday all of my symptoms raged. It feels as though whenever my stomach hurts my neuro symptoms gets worst.

Is this a possible herx? or should i do something about my stomach. I am so discouraged i feel like if my stomach cant be well i will never be better [Frown] . Fell so sick worst than i have ever felt before the med!! I feel like i have stomach virus along with all of my neuro symptoms attacking me.

Please advise as what should i do!!

Thank you

May God Bless you, answer your prayers, relieve you of your pain and make you stronger than what you are today. Ameen.

Hmmm... are you taking probiotics? or Nystatin ??

You need to be on probiotics while you are on antibiotics. Take them two hours away from the abx.

Also.. are you eating food when you take the doxy?

It would also be a very smart thing to eat low carb and sugar free while on abx.
