I'm sure you'll guess the LLMD I'm thinking of by my test list. Any thoughts would be appreciated as quickly as possible. Thanks everyone!

I had this. it is a very important panel, because if you do have hypercoagulation, that can be dangerous in and of itself, and can keep you from getting better, and keep your antibiotics or other treatments from working as well as they would in a person w/normal coagulation numbers.
Many with Lyme have hypercoagulation. This can cause things like blood clots, so it's a good thing to know about. I personally think hypercoag is possibly responsible for a lot of detox issues (not being able to move toxins effectively) because the blood is so thick.
Also had this, but can't speak to how useful it could be to you. There are many many things tested for in this panel, and some are very important. For instance, if your cortisol is low, it can (seemingly paradoxically) lower your immune system and energy, and highten pain and weakness.
It's a great test, but I can't say whether it will be useful to you. That's up to your and the doc. Many hormones can be off from Lyme and cause difficult symptoms or domino into other syndromes and diseases if not addressed.
I didn't have the others so I can't give any personal experience there.

Seek - all I can ask is if your LLMD is willing to DO something about any positive or abnormal tests.
I had the Hemex panel run twice by two separate docs and neither did anything about it. Waste of money..and so what if it showed hypercoagulation - we mostly ALL have this problem so I wasted big bucks.

To answer btmb's question from my personal experience, this doctor did want to do something concerning several of my results. But that is highly specific to the patient and the results, etc. And I was still able to say whether I wanted to act on those things. This is a partnership, like any good doctor-patient relationship should be.
You won't know what he will want to ask to do until you have your evaluation and go over symptoms, history, any tests already done (he did NOT repeat any tests I had already had done by another LLMD, for coinfections, h pylori, EBV, coxsackie b virus, magnesium levels, and a bunch of other things).
All I can tell you seek is that this will all be made clear to you in your appt, and you should be open about your concerns and questions. This is not your typical doctor visit. He discusses and is adaptive and flexible to the patient and situation. He is also very mindful of costs.
Bottom line, that packet is a summary or glossary of all the things that can happen, so that you can be prepared with info when you arrive, not a grocery list of what will happen in your case.
I would HIGHLY recommend searching the forum archives for other posts about these tests. Many people have left this forum over time through getting better or the normal attrition of any forum, and there is a lot of great information from months to several years past.
You are in great hands - and you are doing a good job to read up on everything you can before the visit. I was so out of it I couldn't even fill out the symptoms list etc. until the night before, and with my husband mostly doing it for me and asking me each question, and I could barely answer. I've come a long way since last summer.
i think i've had all by metro... that name isn't familiar.
check out my very DETAILED post about ALL the complete body lab testings i went thru.
extra info is there typed right from the form of info they sent me.
Bettyg's 4-20-06 new LLMD in Minn. Office visit summary, complete BODY lab results of 15-18 labs nationwide, all info the lab sent back about specific high/low testing, $$ costs involved, and what each test specifically involved what ... VERY DETAILED!
I did this for other newbies who had NEVER had complete body testing like I did! Hoped it would give them guidance what they entail, how costly if OUT OF POCKET PAID like my $ 5000, and which specific labs nationwide are the best for these SPECIFIC lab work.
