My recent chest pain seemed to be attributed to GERD and Cosochronditis since it goes away with motrin and nexium.
But I feel like my heart increases when I stand up and sort of pumps hard, to where I notice...
I measured my sitting heart rate and it's 75 and when I am standing it's 90-95... normal I think, but it feels abnormal.
I don't faint.
But I often feel lightheaded when I stand up, and my neck feels swollen or like someone choking me which makes my Bp in my head loud and strong feeling..
Should I be concerned about POTS?

I agree, you should get evaluated for POTS. The feeling light headed when you stand up (cause your blood pressure drops) and your heart starts pumping hard and fast (trying to get the bp back up) is the very definition of POTS - Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome.
I think the official definition is that there is a 30 beats per minute, or more, increase when you stand up from a prone position. An internal doc or a cardiologist may be able to figure it out, even without the tilt table. Tilt tables are a bit more precise because there are other variations of the posture/bp/heartrate. See this link for some definitions POTS and other Dysautonomias
There are many ways to control it, but you should have it checked out as some people also have fainting spells.

Thankyou Lymepool- I do think I have this, but don't really fall into the 30 beats or more per minute- so maybe i just have a mild symptom...
Going to the LLMD tomorrow so I will see what he says..
I started taking Magnesium and am drinking lots of water- maybe that will help..
Its funny, because I never had these symptoms until the last 2 mths or so... I wonder if the feeling can be related to the constrocondirits, or GERD- they seem to happen when my GERD is worse and rib pain hurts too... hmm
