been having lower back problems...got a urine analysis that tested positive for a high white blood cell count and ketones.

no symptoms of uti or kidney infection except ache in lower back and left side ( could this be an enlarged spleen)?

anyone ever have this before? i am finished treatment but took another lyme titer yesterday.

are you losing weight or very active? burning fat?

I have had this before when I was on a gluten free diet. I was losing weight (due to the low carb diet ) and was this was attributed to the ketones in my urine.
