Topic: Reservatrol or Acai -- Is anyone using these supplements?

Recently I have been doing lots of research on pure resveratrol antioxidant(500 mg day)and decided to give it a try not only for keeping lyme in abeyance, but for improving health in general. (saw this on lymenet as an herbal supplement)
I use this product, but have only been on it for a week or so. It looked interesting and very legitimate. http://tiny.cc/WoWFv
Also, it seems that the Ascai berry has become very popular as well. I would only consider pure Ascai and in capsule form to avoid high sugars.. but has anyone already been using these with some/or any type of good results for lyme symptoms or otherwise?
Any imput would be appreciated. I dont really want to be a sucker for clever marketing geeks.
There have been several studies of late providing light on the benefits of this supplement that have brought it to the attention of the mainstream press.
