Hi,

I have a pretty predictable cycle of having sore legs/feet/sometimes hips/butt too.

Usually every 28 days, but 2 months I got 'lucky' and had it 2 times during the month.

It also skipped me for 2 months so, guess it was 'making up' for it!

I have tested negative for Bart through Igenex, but my first LLMD told me he strongly suspected that I had it despite the negative test.

Yesterday I nervously thought, "oh boy tomorrow is 'the day' it should start again." I forgot about it until this morning when we were at the hospital to get my 24 hr holter monitor and I stood up and my legs felt sore.

They've just gotten more sore throughout the day.

Is this only a Bart thing? Can it be a Lyme thing?

Ugh... usually I take an epsom salt bath which helps some, but I cannot get in the water due to the monitor.

Thanks,

Ocean

I had sore legs the other day after walking too much. My leg problem was from magnesium depletion because I over did it and had leg and foot cramps that night. Today two days later I still have not gotten my magnesium levels back up to normal.

Maybe two days a month in your cycle (could it me your menstrual cycle?) your magnesium or another mineral level takes a drop or a dip.

Hi TadichGrill,

well, my period is screwy sometimes. Sometimes the soreness would coinside with it last fall, but mine was last week. So this month I had the sore leg thing the week before and the week after. It generally lasts 2 days and then disappears like it never even happened.

I've still got my low grade fever too. Ugh!

My soreness isn't like a cramping, it's like if you touch any part of my leg, it hurts badly. Walking up stairs is torture.

I'll have to reiterate about it to my LLMD next month I guess to see what he thinks.

Thanks =)
