How many of you feel worse when big weather fronts come through?
Do you notice an increase in your symptoms?
I was told by a doctor that is a friend of mine. He said that when the pressure drops with weather fronts, the inflammation in your body will swell even more.

I have been told the same by a doctor and it is true what your doctor told you.
Even people who are not ill will feel more sluggish but may not be aware of it.
I have always been greatly affected by changes in weather fronts and especially low pressure systems.
It has improved with treatment but has never fully gone away.

....yep, we've had some lengthy discussions on this in the past...it appears that rapid pressure changes in either direction will set off painful knees, ect.

my daughter ends up sick in bed every time there is drastic weather front coming through - she gets sooo sick, mostly because of pain in her head.

Many lyme patients also have inner/middle ear involvement.
Weather fronts also can play havoc with that. The results are not just in the ears but can affect all of the symptoms listed at the link below, too.
