For those of you who deal with brain fog, this has certainly helped me.

It is "Bacopa-Ginkgo Brain Strength" from Planetary Herbals. I get mine from vitacost.com, $ 5.36 for 30 600mg tablets. I take a 1/2 tablet in the morning when I get to work, and another 1/2 tablet after lunch and I and I am alert for most of the day.

Contains:
Bacopa Whole Plant Extract (standardized to 20% bacosides) 150 mg
Ginkgo Leaf Extract (50:1) (standardized to 24% ginkgo flavone glycosides and 6% terpene lactones) 60 mg
Proprietary Blend: Cardamom Fruit, Ashwagandha Root, Chebulic Myrobalan Fruit, Indian Valerian Root, Gotu Kola Airial Parts Extract (4:1), Chinese Asparagus Rhizome, and Guggul Extract (10%).

Also for energy, this has made a big difference....It is from the chronic Fatigue folks. They use a combination of 3 supplements which must be used together for the correct reaction to occur. The 3 supplements are Acetyl-L-Carnitine( any brand will do, L-5-Methyl Trerahydofolate called FolaPro from Metagenics(I get this from my Dr.) and last Intrinsi B12/Folate also from Metagenics( perhaps any brand of B12 & Folate would work...I have only tried the Metagenics). It unblocks the methylation & acetylation cycles in your body. Just google methylation & acetylation and you'll get the scoop.

Hope this helps,
Ernie
