I've been wondering if a constantly running nose and eyes(Clear liquid) is a sign of candida? I just always feel stuffed up. I have allergies to pollens, mold, and dust, but I haven't been this bad. Zyrtec doesn't help me one bit. Claritin doesn't either.
I had Candida blood tests before (IgA, IgM, and IgG). 99% of doctors and even the doc who ordered them said they are garbage tests mostly and everyone scores high. My scores were all above normal. I think the IgM had a normal range of 0-10 and I was 13 or 14. The IgA high normal was 20. Mine was 24. IgG high normal was 30. Mine was 74.
I scored maybe 290 on Dr. Crook's subjective scoring system. 150+ is positive. I just don't know what to think. I take 2 500,000 IU Nystatin tablets daily.
I guess I just hear so many philosophies here and from others that reality is hard to determine. Allergists told me candida is not real, many here say it's very real with a compromised immune system. It's so hard to get straight answers.
I take Olive Leaf Extract daily too (500 mg 2 day, 18% concentration).
