In terms of the diet recommended, I have been a patient of P. D's Dad for 8 years (the Dad did all the research). The diet does work quite well.

Interesting that for an O blood type, wheat, corn, dairy and soy are out. I showed allergies to those through A I.

I am an A but also looking into the secretor, non-secretor status which also impacts the foods you can eat on top of just the blood type.

I've kept a food journal for years. I am an O blood type, and consistently do better on a meat, vegetable, fruit diet versus grains. This is despite the fact blood and skin testing shows I am not allergic to grains or gluten. However, muscle testing indicates a weakness w/grains.
