here is a recent, pilot study at stanford regarding fibro and ldn with very dramatic results in pain relief. they will be widening the study shortly. but because of it, I've begun using ldn for lyme pain for the last 2 weeks with significantly positive results. my joint/muscle pain is reduced about half way, particularly early in the day.I'm definitely in disagreement with what this stanford dr posits regarding pain as a disease, etc, but, hey, anything as promising as pain mitigation without any side effects basically is worth a go. best mikey

Mike, for some reason I couldn't access the video - are you referring to LDN - low dose naltrexone (sp?). It's been in use for a quite a while and I'm glad you're seeing some good results. Now wish I could access that site..

try downloading the full mp4 from the website to your desktop and then play through a media player like vlc.I initially had trouble streaming it directly also.
except for awakening around 4am, maybe due to increased endorphin production though not sure since I had this problem previously, ldn has only been a plus so far. it's cheap and easy to concoct on one's own if desired.
ldn is considered by some a type of immune enhancer or re-energizer. if so, it makes a lot sense for us lymies, since it's really been to some extent a failure of our immune systems to manage or kill these pathogens.
I'm encouraging all the lymies I know to give it a go. no downside really and very few drug conflicts.
