It makes me much sicker. Sorry it does you to. There have been posts here about this before and it seems quite a few women have this issue.

I always feel really sick about one to two days before.

Of course, since mine can come and go at any time,(Thanks Lyme)

I often wonder why out of the blue am I feeling so bad.

Then my friend pays me a visit.

You'd think after 2.5 years of doing this, my brain would

Link the two together. [shake]

Isn't being a woman just so special.

I mean I herx on meds, herx on my period and

herx on full and new moons.

It gets better though as my herxes aren't nearly as bad.

Hugs,

Geneal

I thought it was just be.

The days before - completely awful.

The days during - completely awful.

Of course, to not be able to predict when my period is coming doesn't help.

Glad I'm not the only one, but sorry you are feeling it too.

Take care -kelly

That's one thing I haven't had a problem with (at least not yet).

But my cycles are what I would call out of whack (although I tracked them for a year and a half and showed them to my ob/gyn and she said they're fine).

I used to be able to set a calendar by my cycles, now they're just weird--anywhere from 23-30 days.

Of course, I'm 40, so I could be hitting peri-menopause.

I've been a mess all week and got mine today, too.

I think the full moon hasn't helped, either.

Some months I'm fine and other months i have a real tough time.

Since I've been diagnosed with Lyme and cleaned up my diet it's not as bad. I used to spend a day in bed very ill when my diet was poor. And every single month was a huge problem.
