I have recently changed my diet to bland foods, nothing that takes time or is hard to digest.
Cut out Pizza, subs, etc.
What I've noticed is that my Herxing still comes on, but since the toxins are mostly eliminated through the bowel, I'm not getting this pass through of toxins in and out of the blood anymore, and now I'm moving my bowels more frequently as a result, thus eliminating toxins quicker.
I'm sure this is a no brainer for most of you, but I just kind of figured it out on my own and thought I'd share it with you.

Like what are you eating?? Be careful of eating too many carbs as it will bring on yeast.
are you eating vegetables?

lots of fruits, veggies, and just keeping things simple like tuna salad, chicken salad wraps, etc. Nothing too bulky.
Cut out whole bread completely.

I don't think eating 'very' healthy lessens everyone's herxes. Everything works differently from person to person.

Eliminating gluten, sugar, corn syrup, dairy, and soy reduced my symptoms overall (espeically pain, stiffness, itching and brain fog), even before I started antibiotics.
The bacteria thrive on sugars and other carbs, and of course contribute greatly to yeast.
My LLMD requires I follow a strict diet, which I am glad to do to get well.
Glad you are helped too by dietary changes.
