epsom salt baths, you can use either a full bath or just do your feet. Most of us are low in magnesium too so it'll help out with that too.

Far infrared sauna. Wish I owned one.

The epsom salt bath is nice. Add in a bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide and a cheesecloth ball of freshly grated ginger. I don't take this bath often enough but it always seemed to help.

pretty much the same as everyone here also. 'cept the coffee enemas.. YIKES! [Eek!]

as much exercise and sweating as tolerated, and when i was too fatigued, sauna or whirlpool seemed to help relax the muscles and release the toxins thru the skin.

My fav so far for liver support/detox are suppositoires that contain gluthathione and organic coffee extract. Wellness Pharmacy (maybe Hopewell or Medhaus, too) also makes a glutathione-only form. The latter is an Rx (so copayment only with insurance) but the whole price for the former. Plus shipping with an ice pack for both- have to be kept chilled.

Pekana Big 3
Chlorella
Zeolites
Pectasol-C
Fibers
FIR Sauna
Colonics

Epsom salt baths are not good for everyone - especially people with sulfate issues which is many of us. Same with glutathione. Makes some people feel much worse.

Epsom salts made me deathly sick Scott - never ever again. It took 1+ months to recover from one bath. Never tried Bactrim yet. I'm nervous.

I don't see charcoal on that list Scott. Any reason why not?

Charcoal is my last resort. I don't use it regularly, but when I am very very toxic, charcoal always seems to work. So, yes, I like it, but I don't jump to it right away. I prefer items that are more maintenance and can be used regularly.

High doses of magnesium
Homeopathic drainage complexes (including Pekana)
Ionic foot baths
Transdermal Glutathione Cream
Methylation Supplements (B12, P5P, etc.)

Anyone find a binder that actually doesn't bind them up? Charcoal, Cholorestymine, all of those goodies...they seem to be incredibly constipating for me (which is already an issue of mine).

seekhelp,

Early in my illness, I could not do epsom salt baths either, but today I have no problem with them. One of the signs I am so much better.

I focus mostly on detox. A gene test reveals I am defective in my ability to produce glutathione and hence detox.

So, here is my regimen

Pectasol Chelation Complete
Pectasol Detox Complete
Vit D3 2500 mg daily
Vit C 1000mg daily (used to be higher)
glutathione suppositories *****
Nutrimedix Burbur
Diet high in cruciferous vegetables & fruits
rebounder
FIR sauna
Good old fashioned sweat and deep breathing

******glutathione-for the first year & half, I was given IV pushes of glutathione and I credit this with a great deal of my detox improvement.

Today, I am functioning 100%. I don't call myself well as I still have positive test and I still take medication for babesia and mycoplasma, but I am asymptomatic most of the time.

Detox will be ongoing the remainder of my life.

Littlelymie

I assume you are eating a diet high in fruits and vegetables and drinking plenty of water? Also exercise helps with constipation (if you are able)

Assuming the above, a coffee enema is sometimes good for getting things moving. Not to be used too frequently, but it is good for the liver. It increases glutathione.

I'm still not testing well for zeolites, so I would advise people to get energetically tested for that. I know that it's one of the stronger, broader chelator/binders, so if you can take it great. I wish I could.

LL, I would second luvs2ride, except I would amend that to juicing. Since I've started juicing, the nether region have been much happier with me. Vegetable juicing (beets, dandelion, ginger root esp) help out the liver, the enzymes from fresh juice help digestion, and the fibers keep up the GI movement. It's really been better for me than any fiber supplements

Yes, I agree, juicing is great on many levels. Time consuming, but worth it for the benefits.

Coffee enemas are also not good for everyone. Start out slowly by using very weak coffee in the beginning.

M0joey, I have to completely agree with you about juicing. I'm loving it. I'm also a fiber fanatic.

This past year I haven't gone a day without consuming 2-3 whole heads of broccoli and 2-3 cups of beans (along with the apples, pears, other veggies, sweet potatoes etc., I'm buddies with the produce guy at the grocery store now). Unfortunately my GI tract hasn't jumped on the bandwagon yet, but I do feel less toxic when I eat this way, despite being unable to empty.

Nothing seems to want to touch the whole "plugged up" issue. It was my first symptom, and seems to always be the one screaming for attention. It may be the last symptom to go.

But anyhow, I'll take another look at the binders that people have listed to see if I can give any a shot, to see if they don't add to my issue.

Excellent list. Thank you.

Epsom salt bath made me very ill, too. I guess I was just too sick and weak at the time.

I do like activated charcoal when I'm very sick.

Fresh lemon in water helps. Burbor drops helps sometimes.
