diet just doesn't seem to be working for me to control the yeast.
I've researched threelac and there's some complaints about it....looking at candex and others. there's something called yeastrol, a natural product that's drop.
anybody have any recommendations? i hate to take meds as i have to watch my liver.

Candidaclear kills yeast, Theralac provides probiotics. You need both.
And you need the diet.

There is a Threelac, as well as Theralac; i think it has soil bacteria.
To get soil bacteria, i take Primal Defense probiotics powder or a Now brand version . The Now version has 1.8 mg copper per 1/4 tsp, so i don't want to overdose that.
It seems to work well against Candida for me, along with oregano oil pills, cinnamon, cloves, Grapefruit Seed Extract, Saccharomyces boulardii, garlic. Pau d'arco is supposed to be antifungal. I think Allimax helps, but i'm trying to discontinue that because of the price.
Watch out for the anti-candida blends: most contain black walnut hulls, which do work for me, but i read that people who take black walnut hulls for a long time have a higher risk of nasal cancer.

Solaray Yeast Cleanse worked for me. You have to check the ingredients to see if it's OK for your purposes. I don't know what you may be sensitive to.

Also, colonics are very helpful and not really as bad as you might think.

I think Allimax, 900 mg in one dose, once a day, (that's 5 pills), is doing a good job controlling the candida.
Saccharomyces boulardii is supposed to help, i take that too.
I'm also taking oregano oil pills, 3 a day with meals, and GSE Grapefruit seed extract, 3 doses a day, 15 drops in tomato juice with meals.
