People with Alpha One deficieny
cannot take enzymes.
Everybody should have the blood test done before startin enzymes.

I read the pdf article, and I did not see anything regarding vibrations, or instruction not to use enzymes if you have vibrations.

I get horrible vibrations when I take enzymes. And I know there are other people on lymenet with bad internal vibrations, even ER-room.
They have to read the article.
Many think the vibrations are the die-off, but it can be Alpha one.
